HELP THE POLICE PROSECUTE COLD CALL FRAUDSTERS WHO PREY ON CONSUMERS

A direct request from CLC World Member Services on behalf of all CLC World members

Have you received a cold call in the last few weeks from callers who:

  • Claim you are on some type of “timeshare register”
  • Claim to be from a “Government Agency to do with Timeshare”
  • Call themselves a “Consumer Organisation” claiming to help with anything related to financial products or timeshare
  • Say they’re from a solicitor’s company claiming the same, without you knowing who they are
  • You feel are suspicious and don’t know how they have your telephone number or details?

They will liaise with you and the ActionFraud task team (run by the City of London Police and NFIB). Your action will help prevent further consumer fraud by these unscrupulous operators whose activities have increased in recent weeks.

KwikChex has helped the Police and Trading Standards bring the people behind these frauds to justice but needs consumers’ help to file for criminal charges against them as victims.
