If you feel like splashing out on a big day out while you enjoy your holiday at one of our CLC World Resorts & Hotels why not make it fun-filled and adrenalin-fuelled by visiting a water park? Just a short journey away from our resorts you will find some incredible water parks that will keep you and your family entertained and exhilarated.

1. Siam Park- Tenerife

Just a short drive from our CLC World resorts in Tenerife, you’ll find the Siam Water Park located on the TF-1 highway. With a Siamese theme, the park is seen as one of the most spectacular water attractions in Europe. Siam Water Park was opened by the Princess of Thailand, and the rides also live up to its high expectation with it being TripAdvisor’s No.1 water park in the world.

When visiting make sure you don’t miss the ‘Volcano’ ride! The four-person Behemoth Bowl slide includes a built-in laser which produces a flashing image of a dragon. Are you brave enough to dive into the dragon’s mouth? Other rides include Wave Palace, a wave pool with its own artificial white sand beach, Naga Racer, a six-lane racing slide, Tower of Power, a transparent water slide which will send riders through an area filled with sharks and stingrays, and many more.

Siam Park is the perfect location for thrill seekers. And with a variety of restaurants and cafes there is plenty to keep you going once you’ve worked up an appetite.

2. Area 47- Austria

If you enjoy an adrenaline rush then you will feel right at home in Area 47. With over 20,000 square metres of action-packed rides and a large variety of activities to choose from, there is something for everybody that will keep you busy throughout the day. It’s worth noting however, this water park is not suitable for people who cannot swim or infants.

A short journey from CLC Alpine Centre, Area 47 is the perfect trip for families or couples who enjoy adventure. Activities include; a waterslide park, cliff diving, wakeboarding, blobbing, rock climbing and for when you want to sit back and relax, a Beach Bar or volleyball court on the Beach Playground.

3. Aqua Mijas- Costa Del Sol

Opening in late April, Parque Acuatico Mijas is a great waterpark for a family day out. Only a few minutes from CLC Club La Costa World the waterpark is just a short drive away. The park offers a wide range of attractions including; a children’s pool, waterslides for teenagers and bigger kids! A Jacuzzi, an island themed play area and wash pools to sit back and relax in.

For those of you who would rather stay dry, the park offers hammocks to lay under the Costa del Sol sunshine, a gaming arcade, and even a mini-golf course to get your competitive side going!

With your day filled with adventure, Aqua Mijas will also provide great food. From the self-service restaurant and bar, to the picnic area with an array of food stands including; pizza, ice-cream etc., you are sure to leave this waterpark satisfied!

4. CoCo Key Water Resort- Orlando

CoCo Key Water Resort is the one of the best waterparks that Orlando has to offer. An easy drive from our CLC Encantada resort, this colourful park will keep the kids entertained for hours. With 14 water slides, 3 heated pools, and an arcade over 6,500 square ft. – there is plenty for them to explore. Star attractions include; the jungle gym romp, coral reef cover, and the cyclone body slide.

CoCo Key provides a diverse range of food options for everyone to enjoy. From the Food Court to the Callahoo Grill, the possibilities are endless! Why not start your day in the Tradewinds restaurant for a hot breakfast buffet? The mascot ‘CoCo’ also pays a visit!

5. Camel Creek Adventure Park- Cornwall

For an all-round day of entertainment Camel Creek Adventure Park is the place to go. This park is packed with activities to keep your family busy all day. Depending on the weather, there are various activities reflecting the seasons, but one thing is guaranteed whenever you visit, and that is a having a great time.

Swim with dinosaurs at Swampy & Dina Land, get soaked on the Raging Rivers, or take a trip down Thunder Falls! And for those of you who want to stay dry there are a huge variety of activities to do. Not only is Camel Creek a water park, it is also a theme park with a vast amount of rides for all ages.

The park also has animal attractions where you can learn as you play, and there are shows playing throughout the day with special prizes up for grabs, so don’t miss out! Best of all, Camel Creek Adventure Park is located just a short journey from CLC Trenython Manor.

6. Adaland- Turkey

Adaland Aqua Park will keep you on your toes all day as you enjoy its adrenalin-pumping loop slides and water rafting. The park is packed with water slides and swimming pools to keep all you water lovers happy. Suitable for all ages, the park also includes a kiddie’s pool for young children who aren’t quite swimmers yet.

While the children enjoy themselves on the waterslides, adults can lounge in the sun at the Lazy River or take a trip to the Tropical Beach and catch a tan. If you’re not in the swimming mood then why not visit the Rain Dance area? Complete with sprinklers built in the ground; dance along to the energetic music as you and your family are sprayed with a cooling jet of water. You won’t want to leave!

Plus, Adaland has its own Dolphin Park for all you animal lovers. Be amazed by the incredible Dolphin and Seal Show or even swim with the dolphins yourself!
